Today I wanted to look up Carl Wheezer and was unable to find them on the website. This is quite odd considering I remember them being on the website before. Then when I went to "submit" it, it was blacklised. I also thought that once a band is on the website, it doesn't get taken down anymore? How does that work? Anyway, I still find them acceptable as Slam/Brutal Death Metal. I'd like to hear your thoughts.

That is not correct at all, we even have a thread dedicated to deleting bands as linked below. We try to avoid as much as we can any such situations where we approve a band then later delete it, but unfortunately mistakes do occasionally happen as all the moderators are human.
