I started a thread on a forum I administer asking people to tally what he owes them. Several people responded as far back as 2012, being owed a total of hundreds of dollars of merchandise. The thread is in a private room and cannot be viewed by those without the password, but as the administrator, I'm releasing a screenshot of the content:

In the screenshot above, you can review the following information:
- Myself, I was supposed to get 50 CDs of my 2014 Ankou Awaits - Oberour Ar Maro release. Never got them.
- An artist who did album art, was commissioned for artwork on 2 albums and never received compensation (2010, 2011)
- A paying customer who ordered a total of 11 CDs, 2 tee shirts and 1 poster and never received them
- A record label who purchased 5 CDs and never received them (2012) and never received an item for a trade (2014)

Dan from Malakh never received copies of his EP from Black Metal Underground Records. That's documented here.

Nebbia reported that Martyrdom Records sold all the copies of their album without giving them anything / holding up to their deal.

Rather than taking action to report him first, we (a group of us on a forum) opted to confront him and give him the option to make amends. The ultimatum was for him to start contacting people he owes. He "started" to do that, outlined in this thread.

...that was short lived though. He's already broken a few promises and ceased efforts and communications. He's also confronted a few people he owes regarding "talking shit" about his labels - not threatening them, but certainly being a dick about it.

I can provide screens (again, it would be content from the private forum) regarding his rebuttal if that's necessary.

Does he frequent anywhere else, what usernames/aliases does he have?

He may also use some variation of the Black Metal Underground or Martyrdom Records names.

His online interactions, as far as I know, are limited to Facebook and e-mail.
I believe a significant part of the issue is his financial situation, which also accounts to him not being a prominent presence online.

I will say, the "I'm homeless and trying to find a place for my kids" was the excuse I got as to why my cut for my release wasn't sent - which was a year ago.

It is unfortunate that "The system would rather help a drug addict couple than a father and his 2 sons", but in hindsight, its more of a tragedy that he would rather rip off people for free money than get a day job like the rest of us.

The lot of us definitely wanted to give him enough sheets to make his bed, but its been months since anyone who's owed anything has heard from him after his final wakeup call.

I know the Christian presence in metal is small and opinions overall may be largely against it...
...but when of the handful of shops that do sell/release Christian merch and one of them just rips people off, it is a heavy burden and a huge blemish.

Email and postal addresses might be the only way to spot him...

I ordered a CD from Martyrdom and received exactly what I ordered, and not only that, but it came faster than any package has ever come from overseas. It is too bad that other people have been ripped off but I had a great experience with them, for what it's worth.

On second thought, I ordered from Martyrdoom so not the same label, my bad.
