Fountains of Wayne - s/t

This has a lot of really excellent tunes - smooth, catchy, just flows well.

Sun Ra - Strange Strings

Produces some unsettling feelings, but it's beautiful in the way the weirdest shit is; beautiful because it's so absurd and uncanny in every aspect. There's something to this that is the essence of what art should be. Pure, unabashed creation.

Billie Eilish - When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go?

Yknow, this is good... some nice weird electronic pop stuff, some dark themes, I can dig it.

Chelsea Wolfe - She Reaches Out...

Man, some really class stuff on here, especially "The Liminal" and "Eyes Like Nightshade." What a one-two punch. Searing, blissful musicality and soul.

Winger - Seven

The band's latest album is a banger. Certainly not one for parties as it's rather dark hard rock, but does contain some more light moments ('Resurrect Me' is a perfect example).

Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Killah, Method Man - House of Flying Daggers

The primal intensity of this song gets me hyped still. Slick verses over some heady production.

Kendrick Lamar - Euphoria

Kendrick Lamar rips apart the very soul of Drake in this vicious diss track that makes snappy use of his hallmarks; the introspective jazz-isms, effective wordplay, grand storytelling. Great fucking track. Drake is dead!
