If I'm trying to cancel, fine, there's a "cancel" button and nothing happen ???

I’ve ordered a couple things off of that site and never had a problem. If you paid using PayPal just go directly through them for a refund. It really just comes down to the seller you buy from. I run into the same problem sometimes on Discogs.

I've written to the seller for no return, I can not use the site itself just like in discogs, to make things faster (third party)

On my order I can "cancel" so I do and nothing happen, it's just "cancelled", no reund nothing, it's just stupid

so musicstack should take some responsibility here, imo
